5. Get the final part of the over fitting snugly over the wheel.

We are a proudly US business LOCATED IN TEXAS,
USA.We ship all orders that have been paid BEFORE 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) THE SAME DAY.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY with the biggest & trustable shipping companies. Orders placed on Official U.S. Holidays, will ship the first day in the morning after holidays. We supply tracking numbers to all our customers
We ship international orders with all needed commercial invoices and labels for customs processes.
(All countries may have their own Duties & Taxes/Customs Fee’s, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient)
Since 2006 we want each OMAC customer to be satisfied with our products, but for any reason you'd like to return any item please contact us first for help.OMAC USA customers can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund and buyer is responsible for the safe return of the products.
Buyer should pack items well in original box to protect from damages and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included. Before refunding we open the boxes and check the availability of them to be sold, so items should be in original packaging & in a saleable condition. Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is a proven issue we will email you free return labels.
Note: We would like to inform buyers, once return requested, and we have provided buyer with a return label, buyers must return merchandise within 2 weeks, starting from the day return provided.
Note: If the buyer doesn't contact us with the return help inquiry to get free return label first then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. Once the returned products arrive in it's original box and saleable condition, we refund the money in 24 hours. Domestic returns accepted After reciving the item, the buyer should contact us within 30 days. Returns shipping will be paid by seller (free returns).

Weekend orders will be shipped on MONDAY mornings. (However, sometimes we ship on Saturday as well but just keep it on your mind that our promise is Monday morning for the weekend orders)

4) How can i know where is my order?

5) Will you ship commercial invoice and labels for custom processes?
YES! We ship international orders with all needed commercial invoices and labels for customs processes.

6) Can i change the shipping address?
If order is not fullfilled yet, then YES. But if the order has been already fulfilled address will not be updated. We can not change it

ORDER

1) Can i come and see the product?
YES! We don’t have showroom yet, however you can always give us a call and visit. (Prior your visit it is better to give us a call in order to serve you better. We would bring out the product from the warehouse before your arriving so you wouldn’t waste your precious time!)

2) Can i pick my order?
Absolutely yes! If you have selected Local Pick up on check out section of the order, the order will be on hold for you!

3) Can i change the order after it is shipped?
If the order already been shipped then unfortunately no, you can not change it.

4) I’ve placed an order but i haven’t received any mail from your side, why?
Please check out your junk e-mails, that’s where you’ll find it.

5) Do you cover Duties and Taxes?
Our business policy states that buyer must pay their duties and taxes as requested by their own country. We ship international orders with all needed commercial invoices and labes for customs processes. (All countries may have their own Duties & Taxes/Customs Fee’s, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient) If this is not taking care or may be package returned, destroyed or disposed then refund cannot be applied. 

 RETURN

1) What is the return policy?
 Once order fulfilled we are not able to cancel it. If you want to cancel the order, please contact the seller within 30 minutes. If the order has been placed outside of the business hours, please send an e-mail with order number on the subject line and the ‘’CANCEL’’ note on the email description.

2) Can i return product in store?
Yes

3) When i can return the products?
You can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that after you’ve received return label then you have to return the product within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of the product as well. Buyer should pack items well in original box to protect from damages and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included.

4) How can i receive the return label?
Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is proven issue we will email you free return labels.

5) I’ve return the product without return label
If the buyer doesn’t contact us with the return help inquiry to get free label first then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.

6) When i will receive my money back?
Once we received the goods in it’s original boxes & saleable condition, we refund the money within 24 hours.

7) Do you accept any kind of returns?
Domestic returns accepted but please kindly consider that in the event of a wrong order; no longer needed, the buyer will responsible for return shipping costs. International returns not accepted!
