OMAC 30-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. We stand behind the products we sell. If the issue is caused by an OMAC error, a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, or a listing/fitment error, we will work to make it right at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, buyer-error returns, wrong vehicle ordered, or personal preference returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Important — third-party & dropship items

Some items sold by OMAC are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or dropship partners. Return eligibility, return address, return time frame, return costs, and any applicable restocking fees may differ from our standard OMAC return policy. Please review the return information listed on the individual product page before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item's return eligibility, please contact our customer service team before placing your order or starting a return.

Free returns — OMAC covers shipping

·       Wrong item received

·       Item received damaged

·       Confirmed product defect

·       Confirmed fitment issue caused by a listing error or product issue

Customer-responsible returns

·       Change of mind

·       Wrong vehicle ordered by customer

·       Personal preference / did not like the item

·       Buyer error

For customer-responsible returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Customers who added Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout are eligible for free returns regardless of reason, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Required documentation for a free return label

·       Photos of the product received

·       Photos of the original packaging

·       Photos of the product SKU / item label

·       Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or fitment issue

Returns cannot be processed without an approved RMA number. Failure to provide the required documentation may make the return ineligible for a prepaid return label.

General conditions

·       Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

·       Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include all accessories, hardware, and manuals

·       An RMA number must be obtained before shipping the return

·       Items must be shipped back within 14 days of RMA approval

·       Returns shipped without an RMA number may be refused or delayed

·       Returns shipped after the approved return window may be rejected or subject to approval

·       Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an OMAC error

·       Items returned used, installed, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be rejected or may receive a partial refund or store credit at OMAC's discretion

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. For customer-responsible returns, the 15% restocking fee will be deducted before the refund is issued. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Exclusions

·       Used or installed items

·       Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

·       Items returned without an approved RMA number

·       Dropship or third-party fulfilled items, unless allowed by the product-specific return policy

·       Products clearly marked as excluded from free returns in the product listing

·       Orders shipped to extended areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
