Even weekend orders are swiftly processed, with shipments dispatched on Monday mornings. Additionally, orders placed on official U.S. holidays are promptly shipped the following morning.

OMAC 60-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

We understand that shopping for automotive accessories can sometimes present challenges, which is why we offer a 60-day hassle-free return policy from the day of delivery in original condition and packaging with all included accessories. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to our customer service team via the returns form, and our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to help with a free returns label.

CHANGE OF MIND GUARANTEE within 60 days

Approved returns with an RMA number must be returned within 2 weeks of the Return Authorization. Please note, in any instance, returns shipped after 2 weeks do not qualify for a refund or a replacement.

We stand behind the quality and fitment of our products. If you encounter any fitment issues, our knowledgeable customer service team is here to assist you promptly. In case of returns reasons such as fitment issues, arrived damaged, a wrong item, or a defective return, to obtain a free returns label, please provide the following:

Failure to comply with the above requirements will not be eligible for a free returns label.

Refunds

For your convenience, returns are processed swiftly upon receipt, with refunds issued within 1-2 business days, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Original shipping/returned charges are not refundable.

Products returned after 2 weeks of RMA are not refundable or replaceable.

SHIPPING

1) When will you ship my order?
We ship all orders that have been paid for before 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) the same day.

2) Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedite shipping at the moment. However, our shipping takes 2-3 business days, unless there are local delays. Orders placed before BEFORE 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) may not be shipped until the next business day.

3) What is the location of your shipping warehouse?
Our warehouse is located in Texas, USA, so all our products are shipped from there.

4) I placed an order over the weekend but it has not shipped yet. Why?
*Orders placed before BEFORE 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) may not be shipped until the next business day.
*Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday morning.

5) How can I track my order?
After an order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. In order to receive the tracking notification, please add your email or phone number before check out. This way, you can receive the tracking details via text message or email.

6) Do you offer commercial invoices and labels for customized processes?
Yes! We ship international orders with all needed commercial invoices and labels for customs processes.

7) Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, we can update your address, as long as your order has not been shipped. This is time sensitive and will require that you call customer service immediately to see if an address update is still an option. If customer service is not available, please email your request and include the correct address. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update if the change was able to be made. There is no guarantee once the order is placed that your shipping address can be changed.
