Dear OMAC USA Customer,
We are a proudly US business LOCATED IN TEXAS,
USA.We ship all orders that have been paid BEFORE 2.00 PM CT (Central Time) THE SAME DAY.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY with the biggest & trustable shipping companies. Orders placed on Official U.S. Holidays, will ship the first day in the morning after the holidays. We supply tracking numbers to all our customers
We ship international orders with all needed commercial invoices and labels for customs processes.
(All countries may have their own Duties & Taxes/Customs Fee’s, these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient)
Since 2006 we want each OMAC customer to be satisfied with our products, but for any reason, you'd like to return any item please contact us first for help. OMAC USA customers can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund and the buyer is responsible for the safe return of the products.
Buyers should pack items well in their original box to protect them from damage and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included. Before refunding we open the boxes and check the availability of them to be sold, so items should be in original packaging & in a saleable condition. Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is a proven issue we will email you free return labels.
Note: We would like to inform buyers, once a return request, and we have provided the buyer with a return label, buyers must return the merchandise within 2 weeks, starting from the day return is provided.
Note: If the buyer doesn't contact us with the return help inquiry to get a free return label first then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. Once the returned products arrive in its original box and saleable condition, we refund the money in 24 hours. Domestic returns are accepted after receiving the item, the buyer should contact us within 30 days. Return shipping will be paid by the seller (free returns).

Please kindly consider that in the event of a wrong order; that is no longer needed, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

International returns are not accepted.
